How is this interpretation produced?
The three numbers determine the upper trigram, lower trigram and one moving line. The program reverses that line to identify the changed hexagram. Each of the 64 hexagrams and 384 lines includes a separately prepared plain-language explanation. The original Chinese text is preserved.
The interpretation uses local rules rather than an online language model. Automatic context detection matches keywords in the question. Line positions do not convert into dates, and classical judgments such as auspicious, inauspicious or no blame must be read with their conditions rather than as guaranteed real-world outcomes.

How to use a three-number I Ching reading

Read from bottom to top, the six lines can be understood as six stages in the development of events: emergence, development, turning point, change, maturity and conclusion.
